Empire Chauffeurs Booking & Fleet Platform

Project Overview

Developed a booking and fleet management platform for Empire Chauffeurs Australia, a Melbourne-based chauffeur service. The system brings customer reservations, dispatch operations, driver assignments, payments, and reporting into one platform.

Booking and Pricing

The booking engine supports airport transfers, suburb-to-suburb journeys, hourly bookings, multiple stops, and flight details. Configurable pricing covers distance and zone rates, minimum fares, waiting charges, additional stops, tolls, airport parking, and after-hours or public holiday adjustments.

Dispatch and Fleet Operations

Administrators and dispatchers can manage reservations, assign drivers, monitor acceptance, and follow live ride status updates. Role-based permissions provide separate access for administrators, dispatchers, customers, and drivers.

Driver App

An integrated Expo React Native driver app supports accepting or declining jobs, viewing trip details and routes, updating ride status, and receiving push notifications. Driver onboarding includes document collection and availability management.

Payments and Reporting

Stripe integration supports online payments, with workflows for cancellations, refunds, waiting charges, invoices, and driver payouts. Dashboards and reports help the operations team track bookings and financial activity.

Full-stack development across the web platform, backend APIs, database, real-time communication, payment integration, and mobile driver app.
